3. Sharing Between Buyers and Suppliers
When you send an inquiry or RFQ, relevant details (your name, company, and message) are shared with the supplier or buyer you are contacting so they can respond.
4. Document Storage
Verification documents (GST, PAN, registration, address proof) are stored securely and only accessible to our admin team for review purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations.
